CONNECTIONS: Carlos Katastrofsky
11.02.06I have recently had the pleasure of working and collaborating with Carlos Katastrofsky.
We have been working on several different projects including experimenting with new technologies and developing other art concepts and works. We have been working with Chiara Passa and Benjamin Bailey on a project tentatively entitled "zhoa".
Carlos Katastrofsky is an artist, based in Austria / Europe. Working primarily in the field of new media art, the areas of exploration include netart, interactive installations, software art and the possibilities of web- elements as cultural tools.
The person behind the pseudonym Carlos Katastrofsky is Michael Kargl, born 1975 in Tyrol, Austria. He lives and works in vienna.
