ARTWORK: The (Wo)man Machine

'The Man Machine' OR 'The Woman Machine' was assembled by my three children at the Museum of New Art, Detroit.
This sculpture was attached and conceived by my children: Cat Cheatle, Emma Grimm and Izzy Grimm. I was built from old 1967 Pontiac Firebird parts and attached to the wall with nails and screws. I stood against the wall and they traced my form and filled my form in with these parts. It was on display in a show entitled 'Souped Up Pontiac' at the Museum of New Art in Pontiac, MI. starting on 05.10.08
